Federal Public Access Policy Compliance: Department of Agriculture

United States Department of Agriculture

The USDA now requires that those receiving research grant funding from the USDA take steps to make their publications publicly accessible. USDA Policy can be found here.

Publications: January 2016.

Data:  TBD.

Publication manuscripts will be submitted to PubAg. Plans for research data are not yet finalized.

This plan was developed in response to the White House's Office of Science and Technology Policy’s (OSTP) February 22, 2013 memorandum, “Increasing Access to the Results of Federally Funded Scientific Research."
