Outcare Health: Provides resources on locating a health care provider for an individual's health care needs. 

WPATH Provider List: Contains a list of affirming medical providers which can be filtered for Country, State, City, name, and specialty.

Fenway Guide Resources Library: Provides informative documentation on many different aspects of transgender health care and can be filtered by type of information.  Information is relevant to both patients and providers. 

ID Documents Center from A4TE: Provides detailed information on how to update one’s name and gender marker for both federal and state level identifying documentation. 

Pronoun Dressing Room: Provides a tool to learn about or practice using different pronouns in textual form.  Individuals can input a pronoun set or select from a range of pre-made pronoun sets to view how those pronouns could be used in sentences and paragraphs. 

TransLine: Provides a resource for health care providers to seek personalized support on matters relating to transgender health care.  Also provides information and links to educational resources through their website. 

Fenway Health Education: Provides learning modules, publications, toolkits, videos, and webinars on many different matters relating to transgender health care.  Focused on education about transgender health care and can be filtered by topic and by type of resource.
