The authors of this LibGuide recognize the importance of competent health care for all patients.  This includes transgender and gender diverse patients.  This page provides links and citations to some references that discuss the relevance and importance of transgender health care.  Note that some of these articles are opinion-based articles.  Critical reading of any article is important when reading something new.
