AMA Citation Style 11th Edition Guide

• If citing a chapter in a print or electronic book include inclusive page numbers
  • If print or electronic book chapter does not have page numbers, include chapter number
• Include all authors and editors when six or less
• For more than six authors or editors, list first three followed by "et al"
• As of the 11th edition, AMA no longer recommends a location of the publisher in a citation
