ORCID can be connected to your Faculty 180 account which allows you to import information from ORCID to Faculty 180. You can select new articles, funding, or other information to populate your Faculty 180 account.

STEP 1: Do you have an ORCID account? If not, please visit the Setup Your ORCID Account Tab on this guide or visit https://orcid.org/
STEP 2: Log into Faculty 180: https://faculty180.ecu.edu/
STEP 3: Click on Vitas & Biosketches on the left side of the screen.
STEP 4: In the Vitas & Biosketches drop-down, select Legacy Vitas.
STEP 5: In the new window, scroll down to Vita/Profile Systems. You will see an option to connect to your ORCID ID on the right side. Click on the ORCID ID button.
STEP 6: Log into your ORCID account. If your use your ECU credentials for your account, you can use the institution login.
STEP 7: Select the Works, Funding, or other information that you want to move to Faculty 180. Once completed, click Import.
STEP 8: Now that your ORCID account is connected to Faculty 180, you can come back to this section and select the Import button to bring in new information.
