Finding Books - Advanced Search
Joyner Library's website contains the following simple search box to search all of its holdings for an item.
If you are looking for a specific book, sometimes the catalog is the best place to look. Clicking on the Library Catalog link under the search box will bring you to the full catalog with more options for narrowing your search, allowing you to construct more powerful searches.

Borrowing/Checking Out your Materials
You can check out books and DVDs using your ECU OneCard at the main circulation desk, which is located near the first floor entrance.
The library catalog is where you can search for books, videos, DVD's, etc.
You may search the library catalog for items housed in Joyner Library. You may search by keyword, title, author, or subject. Conduct a subject search in the library catalog for those subject headings which are appropriate for your class.

Note: By using an asterisk, all forms of a term will be searched. In this example, catalog returns will include Germany, Germans, etc. For assistance, please contact a librarian through the options listed under "Get Help."
Use InterLibrary Loan and Document Delivery services to request articles, books, media, and more from other libraries when ECU libraries do not have what you need.
