Choosing a topic

Reference resources are great for coming up with ideas for paper topics, definitions, and more.  Try browsing some of the resources listed below.  You may also want to try looking at the topics list on the National Criminal Justice Reference Service website (link below).  Try to find a topic that interests you - the more you are interested in a subject, the more you are likely to be engaged in the research process and the project itself.
