About this Guide

The North Carolina Collection collects historical and genealogical research resources for all North Carolina counties. The collection focus has been primarily, though not exclusively, on counties located in the Coastal Plain Region. This guide provides a foundation to finding and utilizing accurate genealogy research materials.
