J.Y. Joyner Library is located on ECU's main campus. The Music Library is located in the A.J. Fletcher Music Center.
Joyner Library's mission is to provide the materials and services integral to the educational, scholarly, creative, and intellectual endeavors of the students, faculty, and staff of East Carolina University, and actively to support the university’s broader commitment to serve the region.

Research First Aid
Research First Aid is a program developed for library users on the resources and services available at the Laupus Health Sciences Library and the J.Y. Joyner Library. The program may be viewed via a computer or free podcast subscription.
New episodes of Research First Aid will be released every two weeks during the Fall and Spring semesters, with the exception of holidays and official ECU breaks.

The William E. Laupus Health Sciences Library is located on ECU's health sciences campus.
Laupus Library's mission is to provide leadership in access to information for healthcare education, service and research in Eastern North Carolina.
