Citing a print journal article

Author, A. A., Author, B. B., & Author, C. C. (year). Article title. Journal Title, volume number (issue number), pp-pp.

Example:

Baynard, T., Goulopoulou, S., Sosnoff, R. F., Fernhall, B., & Kanaley, J. A. (2014). Cardiovagal modulation and efficacy of aerobic exercise training in obese individuals. Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, 46(2), 369-375.

 

Citing an electronic journal article

With a DOI:

Kramer, C. K., Zinman, B., & Retnakaran, R. (2013). Are metabolically healthy overweight and obesity benign conditions?: A systematic review and meta-analysis. Annals of Internal Medicine, 159(11), 758-769. doi:10.7326/0003-4819-159-11-201312030-00008

 

With no DOI*:
